SCOTT & DENISE Webb

Scott and Denise are lifelong Prosser residents and both graduates of Prosser High School. They raised two children in Prosser and have strong ties to the deep, rich history of the Prosser community. Together they raised two children who have both grown and started families of their own. They have 5 grandchildren and love spending any free time they get In North Idaho at their property on Priest Lake. They also enjoy traveling to places a bit more tropical in nature, as time allows.

Scott was a Hanford Teamster for 37 years, he obtained his broker’s license in 2004 and with nearly 15 years of experience, he’s proven time and time again that no one works harder in this industry to get the job done than Scott. He retired from Hanford in 2016 and is enjoying his new full-time gig in real estate. Scott never stops moving and is always working hard to drive sales and happy customers! He loves boating on the lake and snorkeling in Hawaii.

Denise first obtained her broker’s license in 1991 and has kept it active continuously since that time. She’s extremely experienced in the laws, rules, and regulations that keep our offices running at peak efficiency. She also worked diligently as the Office Manager for the Benton County Auditor for 13 years before “retiring” to work more hours with more responsibility to open our first independent office in Kennewick in March of 2013. She is our Designated Broker and oversees the operations at our offices. After her two children graduated from high school she obtained a BA in Social Science at WSU. Denise loves leisure time at the lake, reading, visiting museums, and traveling.

KAMPBELL BLAIR

KAMPBELL Blair

Kampbell is a Prosser resident, born and raised. He loved growing up here and is looking forward to continuing serving and engaging in the Prosser community. After graduating from Prosser High in 2018 he attended Columbia Basin College. He then received his Brokers License in 2020 and started at Webb’s Realty & Associates shortly after. He is personable, eager and will help you accomplish what you need!

Raquel made a seamless transition into real estate investing in 2017 with a passion for helping others find their dream homes and investment opportunities. Drawing upon her in-depth knowledge of the local market and strong negotiation skills, Raquel successfully transformed properties into lucrative assets. Her journey into real estate is underpinned by a 12-year career as a Quality Control Medical Technologist, instilling in her an unwavering commitment to precision and a discerning eye for detail. She has also excelled as a professional photographer and home stager, mastering luxury staging techniques for photography and videography marketing. Beyond her real estate endeavors, she is actively involved in mission trips to countries such as the Philippines, Mexico, Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam.

Lynn is a born and raised Prosser resident. He has dedicated many years to the Lower Yakima Valley and Columbia Basin communities with Prosser Piranhas swim team, Prosser AAU basketball, Prosser Grid Kids Football, Columbia Basin Youth Football, Columbia Basin Aftershock 7V7 football,  Tricity Elite Football, and the Football University National team of Eastern Washington. He raised two sons in Prosser and has deep family ties in the amazing Prosser community. He attained his Brokers license in 2022 and has refocused his time from helping young athletes reach their potential to helping families with their home selling and purchasing needs. SUSANA Rojas

Susana is a Prosser High School graduate with a heart for people and a love for making others feel seen and supported. After going through a major life shift, she discovered her passion for helping others and has spent the last two years as a Family Advocate, walking alongside families and creating meaningful connections and partnerships with the community. Through that journey, she developed a deep understanding of the local community—not just the neighborhoods or area itself, but the people, their stories, and the changes they face; the people who call it home and make it special. Her work allowed her to build strong connections with local organizations and truly understand what people need during important life transitions.

Now, as both the Office Manager and Social Media Marketing Coordinator, she brings the same heart, creativity, and dedication into the real estate world. Known for her bubbly personality, welcoming vibe, and contagious energy, she’s always eager to learn something new, strike up a conversation, and spend time outdoors (especially if hiking’s involved!).

Susana is proudly bilingual, allowing her to connect with and understand the diverse range of the community, making everyone’s experience more comfortable and individualized.

EUGENIO Padilla

Eugenio was born and raised in Yakima. He graduated from West Valley high school in 2013 and soon after joined the Marines in 2014. During his time in the Marines, he deployed to Afghanistan and received several distinguishing awards. Before Eugenio was honorably discharged in 2020, received his Associates degree from Hawaii Pacific University. Eugenio is a family man who enjoys camping, fishing, and coaching his kids in various sports. He is very passionate about real estate and enjoys helping others. Amanda has been licensed since 2011. She is a dedicated real estate agent with deep roots in the industry and in her community. After a brief hiatus starting in 2020 to focus on family, she returned in 2025, with renewed passion and purpose. Amanda is proud to be part of a family-owned brokerage, working closely with her parents. Together, they bring a legacy of trust and personalized service to every client. A loyal and friendly professional, Amanda balances real estate with being a wife and mom to three boys.
